Is there a page that tells you which azerite traits are better than others?

I'm a Ret Paladin, and most of the WoWHead and Icy Veins pages I see only describe what the actual trait does (which is information provided to you in-game). Anybody know a page that tells you which is better over others? I'm currently trying to find out which of these three mediocre traits is best: Indomitable Justice vs Judicious Defense vs Thunderous Blast.

If we stopped calling it the Department of Defense and went back to calling it the Department of War like we did through WWII, we'd be a lot more judicious with its use.

The judicious use of self-defense in light of the Zimmerman verdict

I have written about self-defense in the past, but the message bears repeating, particularly in light of the Zimmerman verdict. Omnifox has given me approval to post this, but he's also warned that he'll be heavy-handed in his moderation of the comments.
Carrying a gun does not make you a righteous bastion of moral purity. It does not make you badder, harder, bigger and stronger than the others around you. It does not grant you authority. It provides its user with a means to equalize a potential disparity in lethal force, and morally, that's all it does.
The gun is not a license to go to dangerous places, do dangerous things, or create dangerous situations, just because you might have a better chance to survive them. You should still use caution and maintain situational awareness to avoid violence. You should back down from the swaggering bravado of other men and act more timidly and kindly than your caveman instincts would normally encourage you to. Rather than carrying a gun through the bad part of town at 3am, it's better to structure your day so that a trip through the bad part of town at 3am is not on the agenda.
Zimmerman was legally justified to shoot Martin at the moment he took the shot, as was just proven in a court of law. But Zimmerman, Martin, and society as a whole would've been better served if Zimmerman had not followed Martin, or at least had not followed Martin as long as he did.
Now, we'd have been equally well-served if Martin had reached his father's residence and simply stayed inside rather than swaggering out to confront the much smaller man who'd trailed him home. Martin acted just as Zimmerman did and just as we should not: he assumed that because he possessed superior access to lethal force, he could ignore social decorum and safety and march into what would otherwise be a dangerous situation. And regardless of what happened between the end of the phone call and the end of the altercation, he paid for his masculine pride with his life.
If you're going to carry a gun, be educated, trained, and practiced. Carry safely in a holster. Carry jacketed hollow point ammunition. And do not treat the gun as a license to be stupid. Carrying a gun means the opposite: it means you have a duty to be cautious and to be smart.

Just another reasonable Knicks fan's opinion on Tim Hardaway

I'm sure you've heard plenty but hey why not one more. I have been seeing a lot of Timmy slander out there. I think it's still questionable to trade the 19th pick for him, but that doesn't have any bearing on what kind of player he actually is. I've also seen some slight misrepresentations of his game on here.
Anyway, Hardaway can definitely shoot, and shoot from deep. He's the kind of guy who seemed close to automatic with some space at first, but he turned out to be a little streaky. His shooting took a dip this year. He sometimes played the hero role for some pretty bad teams and jacked up a lot of shots that didn't fall. But the stroke is there. I generally find his fire on the court to be a plus, not some kind of indication that he's irrationally confident...but he was a little irrational in his confidence for the Knicks these past few years.
The other good part of his game in his rookie year was the athleticism and transition scoring ability. He was fantastic at attacking the rim in transition and actually finishing, or making plays in general. He also used that ability and took the ball the the basket in the half court sets. That ability seemed to regress along with his shooting this past year, however.
As for his problems, on the offensive end, he has no real vision or passing ability to speak of, and has some problems with turnovers. He's not the worst rebounder but he's not really good, considering his length. And on defense, well...he might be the worst defender in the NBA pound for pound, when you take into account his size and athleticism. It's not pretty. He seems to try really hard but just has no clue.
Ultimately, though, I think he can definitely be effective as a guy who hits open threes in your offense and makes exciting transition plays. Your system would definitely reduce or eliminate some of his faults with the Knicks, just by virtue of playing him more judiciously. Defense will always be a gigantic issue, but he has the ability to be a nice rotational scoring option.

From Suicide Pact by Judge Napolitano

"While some libertarians, most famously Murray Rothbard, argue for an anarcho-capitalist approach to government - that is to say there may be no monopoly on state power by the consent of the governed, but if states exist then the reach of their monopoly should be systematically minimized .... This book is of the opinion that in the early twenty first century America a minimal state is necessary...Auffice to say that Nozick's argument that a private judicial/defense firm in an anarcho-capitalist state would eventually arise as a monopolist by purely market forces, thus creating a de facto government, is compelling ..."
So I am fine with him saying this, but if he is going to say this stop saying you are the most libertarian person in the room. Or that you are the quintessential Rothbardian.
In all fairness it is in a footnote, but try premise is the same.

How much money does the RNC typically contribute towards Senate and House elections?

In light of the recent revelation that Trump is pulling from RNC funds (~$230,000 last month) to fund his judicial defense, I was curious as to how much money the RNC typically contributes to an election, and how much it could be potentially harming future Republican candidates.

[FWI] Obama pushes to add two more Supreme Court Justices by July 2016

EDIT: Should read FOUR justices, not two. I don't know why I thought eleven was the current number; I really should've known better.
Any kind of reason will be given that is hoped to resonate with Americans:
"I'm calling on Congress to increase the size of the Supreme Court to thirteen justices: thirteen men and women in honor of the thirteen original states of our Union."
"The Supreme Court is the heart and conscience of American-style culture. As such it requires more representation from the American people. Nine is far too small a number of individuals, no matter how wise or learned, to entrust with the judicial defense of our Constitution."
"The people in our country who always have a negative thing to say about my policies just won't let up. They have been continually criticizing my plan to expand the Supreme Court as Rooseveltian-style court-packing or some kind of conspiracy to forever tilt the Court against their increasingly marginalized ideology. But that's simply not true. I intend my first choices for the newest seats on the Court to be fully bipartisan, lauded by all, and fully qualified for the position, regardless of party affiliation or personal beliefs."
